The Woodpecker Junior is a highly efficient, single-operator pallet nailing machine. Many of our customers produce 500 or more pallets per shift with the Woodpecker Junior, especially when using the optional pallet stacker and rollout conveyor.

This machine is an excellent choice for manufacturers producing 48″ x 40″ pallets and larger. The Junior is often used to build combo pallets (using new runners and reclaimed deck boards) as well as new softwood and hardwood pallets.

Standard Junior Nailing Machines are offered in these sizes:

54” L x 56″ W
54″ L x 72″ W
All machines come standard with 4 runner clamps and nail gun mounts.
For the 72″ wide machines, up to 6 runner clamps can be added.
The electronic nail gun firing system includes 2 unique firing devices.
All machines are capable of building top and bottom wing pallets, or top-only wing pallets, with change parts included.

The Woodpecker Junior is a highly efficient, single-operator pallet nailing machine. Many customers report producing 500 or more pallets per shift, especially when utilizing the optional pallet stacker and rollout conveyor.

For those who don’t have space for the Standard Junior orientation or who build single-face skids and need to flip and nest them during the stacking process, the Right-Angle Stacker Junior is an excellent choice.

An optional flip-and-nest stacker feature can be added, providing a versatile solution for those who build both single-face skids and standard pallets. This option allows for fast and easy switching between the two types of pallets and can be turned on and off as needed.

Right-angle machines are made with the following specifications:

54” L x 56” W
All machines come standard with four runner clamps, and up to five runner clamps can be added.
The electronic nail gun firing system includes two unique firing devices.
All machines are capable of building top and bottom wing pallets, or top-only wing pallets, with change parts included.
