Woodpecker Junior Standard
The Woodpecker Junior is a highly efficient, single-operator pallet nailing machine. Many of our customers produce 500 or more pallets per shift using the Woodpecker Junior with the optional pallet stacker and rollout conveyor.
The Junior is a great fit for manufacturers building 48″ x 40″, 24″ x 20″, and more. The Junior is often used to build combo pallets (new runners / reclaimed deck boards), or new soft and hardwood pallets.
Standard Junior Nailing Machines are offered in these sizes:
- 54” L x 56″ W
- 54″ L x 72″ W
- All machines include 4 runner clamps as standard.
- Up to 6 runner clamps can be added on 72″ wide machines.
- Electronic nail gun firing system includes 2 unique firing devices.
- All machines can build top and bottom wing pallets, or top only wing pallets; change parts included.
Woodpecker Junior Right-Angle
The Right-Angle Stacker Junior is a great fit for those who don’t have room for the Standard Junior orientation or those who build single-face skids and are required to flip and nest the skids during the stacking process.
Our optional flip and nest stacker option must be built with the right-angle stacker. It is easily set up, and it can be turned on and off to produce standard pallets and single-face skids with little changeover time. The flip feature is automatic and occurs every other skid.
Right-angle machines can build the following sizes:
- 54” L x 56″ W
- All machines include 4 runner clamps as standard.
- Up to 5 runner clamps can be added.
- Electronic nail gun firing system includes 2 unique firing devices.
- All machines can build top and bottom wing pallets, or top only wing pallets; change parts included.
