The Amity Sub-Components Nailing Machine is engineered for speed, consistency, and efficiency with minimal operator input. Designed for versatility, it allows quick transitions between component types and multiple orders using easy-to-switch attachments.

During operation, lumber is securely clamped from both the top and sides, ensuring precision and quality in every component. Built on straightforward, dependable technology, the machine avoids reliance on complex operating systems, artificial intelligence, or proprietary third-party platforms—making it simple to operate and maintain.

User-friendly controls provide the flexibility to switch seamlessly between components, while the machine can be outfitted with stick nail guns, high-capacity coil nail guns, or a combination of both. For even greater efficiency, an optional kickout and/or stacker enables true single-operator production.

Production Expectations & Operators

• Production varies with part configuration, operator work ethic, and lumber quality. 
• Designed to be operated by a single operator. All other operators should stay clear of the nailing machine during operation for safety reasons.
• Most parts, such as king studs, can be nailed in 10 seconds or less, depending on the length of the part.

• Please let us know if you have a special requirement. 
• Nail spacing from 8″ to 18″. Custom spacing available upon request. 

• All of our nailing machines utilize pneumatic stick nail guns and stick nails. Typically, 30-degree paper tape nails are used; however, other types of stick nails and guns are also possible.
• Optional pneumatic COIL nail guns and 15-degree high-load/large coil nails can also be used.
• Typical nail sizes range from 2-1/2″ to 3-1/4″, and diameters between .113 to .148, application-dependent.
